  • kitty：我算是丽枫的老客户了，出行出差基本都首选丽枫酒店。这家店在宝岗大道，地理位置接近江南西步行街，从地铁站步行一公里多，坐公交约3站，还算可以接受。人员服务还是不错的，办理速度快，毛巾香茶及时送上。但是房间设施确实不行，面积小可以理解，毕竟是老楼，房间只有标准房一半大小，进门就是床，但是设施设备达不到丽枫的一贯标准就感受很不好了。毛巾比较陈旧，晾衣架有断裂的没有及时更换，沐浴间连放洗浴用品的架子也没有，最不舒服的是洗手盆，感觉大而无当且显得肮脏陈旧，窄窄的边框连个放梳子的空间都不够。强烈建议丽枫还是在改造及日常管理上多下点功夫。
